Back-aches show signs of exertion and too much strain like a burnt fuse. The need for nature to heal becomes apparent. When you ask yourself the question >What can I do myself in order to feel better <. I will give you the answer that through vertebrae Qi Gong you can learn how to help yourself. Stop depending on experts to help you, discover your own responsibility and learn how to heal yourself. Because so many people suffer from back-aches and this problem is so widely spread that the subject of our next Instructional Online Video (in preparation) is vertebrae Qi Gong. Vertebrae Qi Gong, or also Jingang Qi Gong preserves youth, leads you to an easy-going and cheerful state of mind and helps to develop your spiritual powers. It is surprisingly easy and very comfortable to practice Jingang Qi Gong and the most important thing is to be completely relaxed so that the energy can flow freely through your whole body. The supple spinal motions of the body look as graceful and elegant as seaweed flowing with the movements of the ocean, whereby the mobility of your back grows gradually and improves continuously. Vertebrae Qi Gong or Jingang Qi Gong is an excellent method of self-healing for everybody who has problems with back-aches or with their backs in general.

By practicing vertebrae Qi Gong or Jingang Qi Gong you learn how to listen to your senses and trust in them. It all reminds you of a faraway trance-like dance.

For this, you do not need to follow any belief systems, you do not have to know anything about it – all you need is the daily practice. It was the Chinese-Tibethan nun Lama Fofu, who taught me vertebrae Qi Gong, or Jingang Qi Gong to be precise. Back-aches are the most frequent causes for staying off work, for making your free time a torture and for feeling disappointed about your body because you feel helpless. People with back-aches react to other peoples comments at a very early stage and change their posture accordingly. It was comments like: >Move faster<, >Do not just stand there – do something<, >Stop slouching<, >Push out your chest, a little more straight please<, and many more. Criticism and respect towards authorities and experts push people into shapes and forms that make them ill. Of course, everyone wants to be liked but by following such orders you soon lose your natural inner knowledge and instincts of how to move naturally. Stereotyped orders from others have considerably damaged our capability of a healthy stance, as you soon notice: >that hurts<. This happens when you don´t have enough spinal strength. If your pains could talk to you they would tell you that it is better for you to take things easy and to only use as much effort as really necessary because we all tend to over-exaggerate when it comes to posture, movement and effort. If you are at peace with yourself you have the greatest energy within and the ability to express this to others. The people around you notice if you have inner peace or if you are un-relaxed. When you attain your inner peace you have taken a great step in self-healing. In order to do this it is important to know >where am I now<. Therefore it is even more important to have self-knowledge in order to understand what is going on. Self-healing your back-aches is more effective than you believe because no-one else knows you as well as you do yourself. A lot of people have even given up hope on a life without back-aches. They are the ones who cannot believe that they can free themselves of their back-aches.
