Qi Gong leads to changes and transformations and to self-fulfilment. It is the oldest method of self-healing and comes from a not-to-be-forgotten advanced civilisation. You don´t have to believe in anything with Qi Gong – it is free of all dogmas. The best way to convince yourself is to experience your own feeling of well-being and overcoming your fears. Through Qi Gong you develop inspiration and openings to renewal, two important things that for life. Qi gradually becomes a reliable and positive habit each time you practice. You learn how to control the way you feel instead of being the victim of your moods. You are connected with your life and Qi Gong teaches you to keep this connection. You will regain a positive attitude to life again and happily embrace it and in so doing feel the energy of life flowing through your body. You have the chance to fulfil your dreams and attain self-fulfilment. We all walk a thin line in life which can easily break. This thin line is made up of dissatisfaction, unhealed pain and fears that have not been overcome. Of course we have all developed our own ways to avoid over-stepping this thin line, hoping we have everything under control and try to suppress our fears through distracting ourselves enough with work, family and friends and by various other kinds of distractions; we even try replacing the danger with an illusionary sense of safety. By distracting ourselves with false pleasures we try to fill the deep holes of loneliness and fears. Some people are inclined to believe in their own weakness and incapability and believe that only somebody else or a group of people are able to save them. The more we are honest with ourselves when we look at ourselves and see through our games of hide-and-seek the more unburdened we can be in order to let the cognition and understanding grow and at the same time free ourselves of the misconception of being somebody special that we think we ought to be. We then learn that we can achieve far more than the limits we set on ourselves and realize the importance of our self-fulfilment. What would happen, if people didn´t practice Qi Gong?

There are many foolish people who declare that they love continuous progress but at the same time are against changes.

To admit and allow changes to take place means you must let go of old habits and have a clear vision of the future, otherwise, how else will you notice that you have achieved your goals? Do not be like the people who fall asleep whilst sitting in front of a warm, crackling fire-place, because, if you sleep for too long the fire will go out and the embers will be cold. You can blow into the embers for as long as you want, you will not re-light the fire. This is the reason why you should always make up the fire regularly and look after your own embers that are inside you by starting to do things for yourself. Besides being responsible for yourself, you also hold a responsibility for your family and friends. Self-fulfilment must be every person´s wish. Fate leads the willing and drags along the un-willing. It is up to you. When, if not now, do you want to start doing something about your fears, by re-orientating your course of life? We will show you a new direction, we will help you take the further steps. You will be using a system that has been time-tested throughout thousands of years, a system that is fit for every-day use and each step is based on the next step to follow and so on. This is not a basic program for beginners but a professional system that will lead you to the peaks of your potentials. Tao does not feed on knowledge, Qi Gong is not learned by reading a book.
