The Flying Phenix
Qi Gong is the knowledge of a practice that was created in China more than 3000 years ago, by the people´s desires of immortality, good health and eternal life. The Flying Phenix is a short and very easy to learn type of Tai Chi Qi Gong, whereby the soft and supple flowing motions of the phenix in flight, which are full of inner peace and graceful elegance, can be felt when imitated. By copying these movements, in this form of Qi Gong, your bodily health will not only be positively influenced but your general frame of mind and spirit will also lighten up. The phenix is a fable, a fabulous being, it´s meaning is of mystical power that is shown here by this slow motion, short and elegant type of Qi Gong. Motions and imagination become one, in a kind of transforming dance. It is a process in which the student turns into the phenix in order to feel just like the phenix when it rises from the ashes, new and rejuvenated.
Wudang Qi Gong
The Wudang Mountains are in a secluded region
in the heart of China and are classed as the cradle of the supple styles of
Taoism. Wudang Qi Gong is a traditional, absolute wholesome method of relaxation,
rehabilitation and invigoration. It is based upon the easy to learn techniques
of breathing, motion, concentration and relaxation that melts body and mind
into one, which is the main component of traditional Chinese medicine. This
Taoism Qi Gong leads your mind back into the home of your body and brings
us back to the healing source of the here and now in order to strengthen our
vital energy. Step by step we obtain the valuable ability to take responsibility
for our own health, smoothen out the bumpy roads of everyday-life in order
to gain happiness and inner peace. The attentive observation of our body and
our emotions has positive effects on us. Wu Wie is an important factor of
Taoism and stands for the purposelessness that every student should be aware
of. Our body and soul will thank us when we start taking care of them, so
when should we start doing so, if not now? Wudang Qi Gong is based on three
stepping-stones : 1) The Cycle of Five Elements 2) The Cycle of Breathing
and Motions 3) The Sixteen Terms of Expression.
The art of teaching Qi Gong with the Online Service is a novelty – it
means the constant availability of Qi Gong Instructional Videos including
written instructions 24 – hours a day, available online and not on it´s
way to you somewhere, waiting to be delivered in the mail.
Diamond Qi Gong
> Jingang Qi Gong < means Diamond Qi
Gong. This intensive and highly effective type of Qi Gong comes from tibethan
Buddhism. The student obtains adolescence in the sense of he or she feels
younger, it helps to support inner peace and enables the development of spiritual
powers. It is surprisingly easy and very comfortable to practice Diamond Qi
Gong and the most important thing is to be completely relaxed so that the
energy can flow freely through your whole body. The supple spinal motions
of the body look so graceful and elegant, like seaweed flowing with the movements
of the ocean, whereby the mobility of your back gradually grows and continuously
improves. Diamond Qi Gong is an excellent method of self-healing for anybody
who has vertebrae problems or problems with their backs in general.
All of this has a reminiscence of a faraway trance-like dance. Diamond Qi
Gong was brought to Europe by the sino-tibethan nun Lama Fofu in 2003.
First of all you learn to take responsibility for your own health. You discover your own power of self-healing. You improve your moods and emotions and free your mind.
Internal Qi Gong through the Six-Healing-Tones
Make yourself accustomed to the fact that
the fruits you always thought were out of reach will now just fall into your
lap when you relax and take things easy. Learn to decide for yourself how
you feel and how to change the situation you are in whenever you feel the
need to. Internal Qi Gong by the master Lung Yu Suk is one-of-a-kind in Germany
/ Europe! This astounding type of Taoism Qi Gong was shown to me by the 82
year old Chinese master Lung Yu Suk himself in Thailand. It begins with a
special > Six-Healing-Tones-Method < that delivers intensive energy
to each organ and is rounded off by the standing and moving meditations whereby
the > Draon ad Tiger < , > Fire and Water < , > Yin and Yang
< ,
> Essence and Spirit < join together to become one. Hereby all ranges
of life are brought together in harmony. Basically, the fundamental result
is the stabilisation of your health and you can free your mind. Internal Qi
Gong strengthens the muscles and standing ability secondarily, whereby it
primarily leads to an internal alchemy that enlightens all dark demons.
Fan Teng Gong
Fan Teng Gong is a traditional Taoism Qi Gong method whereby an intensive inner warmth develops and changes our weakened and faint life-light into a constant and comfortable warming glow. Fan Teng Gong belongs to the group of internal calm and still types of Qi Gong and translated it means : “ The Method That Enables The Children of The Dragon To Fly “. It consists of ten complicated main exercises by which blocked meridians are opened, used-up and therefore damaged energy is released and the resulting free space is then filled with fresh energy. Fan Teng Gong is not yet well-known because it was only a few years ago that the Tao-hermits let out their secrets to the general public. It is a program through which you will experience amazingly positive changes in health.
Cosmic Qi Gong / Shaolin Qi Gong
Up until now the Cosmic Qi Gong / Shaolin Qi Gong has been a secret internal form of alchemy that introduces the fundamental basics of projecting energy. It does this by joining the student together with the powers of Heaven and Earth making them accessible to the student. Shaolin Qi Gong is a Buddhist form of Qi Gong and is also known as > One-Finger-Zen-Qi Gong < , > Neijing Gong < or > Cosmic Qi Gong <. Seven complicated and intensive exercises change the student´s body into a body of blissful delight and internal power. The positive energy grows and carries over to influence your surroundings. Cosmic Qi Gong is the royal path to follow amongst the tutor´s schools of internal alchemy. By carefully releasing blockades of energy, vitality and health can evolve freely. Through Cosmic Qi Gong the vibration frequencies between the inner and outer world are brought to equation. Heaven, Earth and man-kind become one. The school of Shaolin Qi Gong is the most well-known form of Qi Gong in China, even before the school of Wudang Qi Gong.
Self-healing through Qi Gong
Qi Gong is in fact truly wholesome because
it releases the inner strife between body and soul. Are body and soul united
as one and at peace with each other, is the result powerful and dynamical
vital energy. The span of different types of Qi Gong is so broad and has so
many varieties that everybody can find the right type of Qi Gong that suits
him or her best. The aim of every type of Qi Gong is self-healing whereby
some concentrate more on the outside
( muscles and motions ) and some concentrate more on the inside ( organs,
bone marrow ).
The subjects in courses, seminars and instructional videos are all based on the wisdom and knowledge of the old China. The exercises are easy, natural and are practice-orientated. The results are stable health, improved concentration, peace of mind, joy of life and inner strength. Qi Gong has forever been the fundamental component of traditional Chinese medicine.
The criteria for good quality Qi Gong
methods are simplicity, naturalness and effectiveness. Tai Chi is on the contrary
to Qi Gong an art of fight. All Tai Chi movements are based on fighting. Qi
Gong concentrates exclusively on the mind and bodily well-being and is also
much easier and quicker to learn than Tai Chi. The traditional Qi Gong system
has been passed on from generation to generation and has therefore been able
to prove it´s positive results and effects on people. Not all types
of Qi Gong have been passed on through generations, that is why it is important
to know if the type of Qi Gong you have chosen is traditional and proven.
All types of Qi Gong that I offer to you here fulfill these criteria.
